Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist blitzsauber und schön, sie hat alles was man braucht. Im Badezimmer könnte man vielleicht Haken für die Handtücher anbringen. Die gesamte Anlage mit Pool war top und auch die Wohngegend war sehr schön. Zu Fuß zum Strand wäre unserer Meinung nach etwas zu weit, aber mit dem Auto funktioniert das problemlos. Wir werden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen und würden sofort wieder kommen!

Perfect place to say! Done a weekend break away and was exactly what we had seen online, very clean apartment with nice pool for through the daytime. 10 minute taxi into pula centre where there was lots of food choices. Host was very good with any questions we had regarding the apartment. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Moderner Appartementkomplex in ruhiger, günstiger Lage mit großem Pool. Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, direkt am Eingang.

Lovely, clean, just perfect.

We wanted a functional Villa with great facilities for our family of 5, with a pool and that’s exactly what we got. Both the outdoor and indoor kitchens were equipped with everything we needed. The local restaurant recommendations were excellent. Two good mini-marts within easy walking distance if you run out of drinks or snacks. The host was very responsive and I would definitely stay here again.

Nebyl problém přijet o chvilku dřív. Byt byl dostatečně vybavený na několikadenní pobyt, na zahradě volně přístupný grill a bazén. Náš pejsek byl vítaný, pár minut chůze byla i psí pláž. Místo není v centru Puly a díky tomu je klidné, plus samozřejmostí bylo parkování přímo před domem, ochotný personálu, který nám předal mapku kde co je v blízkosti. 😊 Hostitel komunikoval v podstatě ihned a byl moc milý. 😊

Schöne Unterkunft. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Perfekt gelegen um Istrien zu erkunden. Nicht weit weg vom Meer. Viele kleine versteckte Buchten wo man auch alleine liegen kann (außerhalb der Saison) Alen antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten. Beim Check in bekommt man auch hilfreiche Informationen für die Umgebung und Sehenswertes. Rundum zufrieden.

Ich war das erste Mal bei Alen und ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Pool, die Terasse mit Grillecke und der Möglichkeit den Abend zu genießen, der eigene Balkon und das Zimmer, alles Top und wie beschrieben. Durch den Pool nimmt man auch den Wermutstropfen des Kiesstrandes gerne in Kauf. Alles macht einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Die fleißigen Helferlein sind den Tag über immer irgendwo im Einsatz und ebenfalls für alle Fragen ansprechbar. Die Zeit haben wir ehrlich sehr genossen. Wir waren zwei Wochen in Pula und haben jeden Tag etwas anderes unternehmen können. Als Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Istrien, liegen die Apartments äußerst komfortabel. Und des Nachts hat man seine Ruhe.

Super nice location, amazing pool, nice people and a very clean apartment

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in Pula, es gab sehr viele schöne Orte zum erkunden. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was es braucht und das Personal war sehr nett. Alles in allem eine tolle Woche. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Schöne Pool Strand nähe nette Personal. Optimal Entfernung zu Pula und Rovinj. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern gestaltet . Kann ich nur empfehlen

Alles was super netjes, precies zoals omschreven. Kon de host makkelijk bereiken, eigenlijk was alles gewoon top!

Great host, great location, parking available, the apartment is clean and has almost everything needed! The outside place for barbecue is worth mentioning as well 👍🏻 We went together with kids and we all loved it.

Mooie accommodatie voorzien van alle (basis) benodigdheden. Erg schoon en ook rustig. Mooie omgeving en uitzicht op de zee. Centrum van Pula op paar minuten rijden.

Hallo Alen und Service- Team, ich war mit meinem Freund und unserer 9 Monate alten Tochter ein paar Tage bei dir. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, sei es wie sauber und freundlich alles war, war der service auch wirklich hervorragend. Wir wollten grillen und die Gasflasche war leer, hab Alen kontaktiert und ca 20min später kam jemand und hat sie erneuert. Auch der Wäsche- Service und der Hochstuhl für unsere Tochter alles war super. Wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Wir können diese Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen. Es war total ruhig und auch die außen Poolanlage war wirklich super schön. Vielen herzlichen Dank auch ein großes Dankeschön an die liebe Dame beim Check- in. Liebe Grüße Laura

Wir haben schöne Tage verlebt. Das Haus ist toll, war nur ein wenig schwer zu finden, Navis führten im Kreis bzw. auf Abwege. Das Haus war für 4 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder sehr großzügig und funktional. Einzig die vielen Ameisen waren nervig.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at this wonderful apartment! Everything we needed was included, and the flexible check-in time made our arrival super easy. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The apartment is on the second floor with a lovely view of both the swimming pool and the sea from the balcony — perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool and kids’ playground were great additions. There was also a parking space for our car, which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. Would love to come back again!

Već pri dolasku primijetili smo lijepe detalje – sve je bilo čisto, mirisno i s ukusom uređeno. Apartman je prostran, dobro opremljen i ima sve što je potrebno, od toaletnih potrepština do kuhinjskih sitnica. Dodatni plus su dva TV-a, sef i mogućnost zamjene ručnika po potrebi. Imali smo pogled na more i miran okoliš. Terasa i bazen su odlični, iako bazen nije grijani (bili smo u travnju). U blizini je manji dućan, a veći su lako dostupni autom. Plaža je lijepa, s puno hlada – idealna za obitelji s djecom. Postoji i dio plaže za pse. Topla preporuka – rado bismo se vratili!

réservation pour avril, nous avions choisi un super logement avec piscine intérieure mais a notre arrivé c'est un autre avec piscine extérieure, en été a la rigueur c'était ok mais pour avril non. nous avons été voir a l'accueil pour comprendre et pas de réponse, pas de solutions, ils ne savent pas. nous avons compris par la suite qu'ils avaient deux hébergements alors soit l'autre était plein soit pas ouvert car basse saison. toujours est il que nos filles étaient dessus et ce n'était pas ce qui était prévu. nous n'avons rien fait et avons quand même profité de notre semaine mais dommage.

Great value and very comfortable for my family of four

Alen’s apartment is very modern and comfortable. We only stayed there one night during a road trip, so we couldn’t explore all the neighbourhood. For sure we felt very good in the apartment. Thank you Alen.

Gostitelj je bil prijetna oseba, stanovanje pa zelo prijetno za bivanje, prostorno, čisto in zračno, brez nepotrebne navlake. Zunanjost stavbe je res lepo urejena, bravo! Pogrešali smo kakšno posodo več v kuhinji. Ob priliki se sigurno še vrnemo! L.P.

Sprejela nas je receptorka, lastnik je bil dosegljiv in odziven preko Airbnb app. Stanovanje je bilo čisto in urejeno. Nahaja se blizu plaže. Trgovina je dostopna tudi peš. Kolesarska pot in pešpot omogočata pohod in varno kolesarjenje do Pule. Zelo smo bili zadovoljni.

War ein schöner aufhalten weiter zu empfehlen

Great place as described. Alen was very flexible and let us check in early. Reception is a great addition and the staff are so helpful. The place is a little out the way but 20minutes to Pula city by bus and close to beach. Aircon not too cold.

Sauber und man kann jederzeit an der Rezeption um Hilfe fragen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.
