Step onto the 5 m2 terrace with a garden view. Enjoy the convenience of an equipped open kitchen with 2 hotplates, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The apartment also offers a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as a shower/WC. Reserved parking is available. 

 

This property offers shared amenities including a charming fenced garden spanning 1000 m2 with a spacious swimming pool (12 m x 6 m), along with a shower/WC in the pool area, and a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Štinjan is a village in between Pula and Fažana. We have the nearest small shop on 400 m, supermarket on 2 km, shopping center on 4 km, the closest restaurant is on 300 m, bakers, café, bus stop on 400 m. There is a wide range of different types of beaches in this area. The closest one is Pebble Beach on 400 m there is also and shingle beach and rocky beach. Sandy beach is on 15 km away. We have a diving center at 400 m and tennis club, windsurfing club at 1 km. Golf course (18 holes) on nearby archipelago NP Brijuni. 

 

The bus stop is on 400 m, and in the summer season is on 200 m. 

 

Nearby attractions: National Park Brijuni 5 km, Amfiteatar 5 km, Nature Park Rt. Kamenjak 15 km.

Sehr gepflegte Appartementanlage mit mehreren Wohneinheiten, in absolut ruhiger Wohngegend. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Bis zum Strand mit großen Liegewiesen sind es nur ein paar hundert Meter. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, dafür war es noch zu früh im Jahr, aber der Garten ist sehr schön. Dass das Haus mit einer Wärmepumpe geheizt wird hat uns positiv überrascht.

Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Der Pool und die Grillstation waren unser Highlight. Hier konnte man sehr gut entspannen. Der nächste Strand war gut zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 10 Minuten). Die Dame an der Rezeption war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hat uns einige Empfehlungen für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben.

Nebyl problém přijet o chvilku dřív. Byt byl dostatečně vybavený na několikadenní pobyt, na zahradě volně přístupný grill a bazén. Náš pejsek byl vítaný, pár minut chůze byla i psí pláž. Místo není v centru Puly a díky tomu je klidné, plus samozřejmostí bylo parkování přímo před domem, ochotný personálu, který nám předal mapku kde co je v blízkosti. 😊 Hostitel komunikoval v podstatě ihned a byl moc milý. 😊
