Štinjan is a village in between Pula and Fažana. We have the nearest small shop on 400 m, supermarket on 2 km, shopping center on 4 km, the closest restaurant is on 300 m, bakers, café, bus stop on 400 m. There is a wide range of different type of beach in this area. The closest one is pebble beach on 400 m there is also and shingle beach and rocky beach. Sandy beach is on 15 km. We have diving center on 400 m and tennis club, windsurfing club on 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) on nearby archipelago NP Brijuni. Bus stop is on 400 m, in summer season is on 200 m.

Die Villa ist genau, wie im Text und in den Bildern beschrieben und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Aussenküche ist ein Highlight! Alen ist ein toller Gastgeber und wir können den Aufenthalt jedem empfehlen. Das Haus liegt in einem ruhigen Ortsteil und ist nur 5min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt.

We verbleven met ons gezin 9 dagen in de villa. Mooie grote slaapkamers, prima bedden en uitstekende waterdruk, zodat de douche heerlijk was. Fijne buiten keuken voor ontbijt en diner buiten de Gaspitten en elektrische BBQ plaat en koelkast. Ondanks de lagere temperatuur voor de tijd van het jaar, toch gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad, kortom een heerlijke stek in een mooie omgeving dichtbij het strand. Alen bedankt voor de fijne week. We had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The pool was a real highlight, fantastic outdoor setup with the outdoor kitchen as well. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from the shore and close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and they made us feel very welcome. We would definitely love to come back! Bonus is the dogs beach just 5 min away walking.

Напротив виллы ресепшен - Кондиционеры в каждой спальне и гостиной работали очень хорошо и тихо. - Много посуды для приготовления еды (нас было 6 человек) - Комфортная беседка возле бассейна с холодильником и плитой. Есть тепан на газу. - Стиральная машина. - Все принадлежности для проживания( таблетки для посудомоечной, стиральной машины , мочалки, жидкости ) Все было в наличии. Это освободило мое время. - Очень тихий и спокойный район. Вроде нет соседей. Очень уютно, по домашнему. - До моря 10,15 минут пешком. - Отличный пляж. Можно арендовать лежаки . - На пляже есть кафе с едой и напитками. - Душ и место где можно переодеться. - Надувной аквапарк. - Бесплатная парковка - Однозначно рекомендую! - Спасибо владельцам.
