Step onto the 5 m2 terrace with a sea view. Enjoy the convenience of an equipped open kitchen with 2 hotplates, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The apartment also offers a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) satellite TV and air conditioning, as well as a shower/WC. Reserved parking is available. 

 

This property offers shared amenities including a charming fenced garden spanning 1000 m2 with a spacious swimming pool (12 m x 6 m), along with a shower/WC in the pool area, and a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. Additionally, there's a children's playground for added enjoyment. Inside the house, guests have access to reception services, internet facilities, and a washing machine available for shared use (extra charge). Parking is conveniently located on the grounds of the house.

Štinjan is a village in between Pula and Fažana. We have the nearest small shop on 400 m, supermarket on 2 km, shopping center on 4 km, the closest restaurant is on 300 m, bakers, café, bus stop on 400 m. There is a wide range of different types of beaches in this area. The closest one is Pebble Beach on 400 m there is also and shingle beach and rocky beach. Sandy beach is on 15 km away. We have a diving center at 400 m and tennis club, windsurfing club at 1 km. Golf course (18 holes) on nearby archipelago NP Brijuni. 

 

The bus stop is on 400 m, and in the summer season is on 200 m. 

 

Nearby attractions: National Park Brijuni 5 km, Amfiteatar 5 km, Nature Park Rt. Kamenjak 15 km.

We had an amazing 2-night stay at this wonderful apartment! Everything we needed was included, and the flexible check-in time made our arrival super easy. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The apartment is on the second floor with a lovely view of both the swimming pool and the sea from the balcony — perfect for relaxing. The swimming pool and kids’ playground were great additions. There was also a parking space for our car, which was a big plus. I would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway. Would love to come back again!

Već pri dolasku primijetili smo lijepe detalje – sve je bilo čisto, mirisno i s ukusom uređeno. Apartman je prostran, dobro opremljen i ima sve što je potrebno, od toaletnih potrepština do kuhinjskih sitnica. Dodatni plus su dva TV-a, sef i mogućnost zamjene ručnika po potrebi. Imali smo pogled na more i miran okoliš. Terasa i bazen su odlični, iako bazen nije grijani (bili smo u travnju). U blizini je manji dućan, a veći su lako dostupni autom. Plaža je lijepa, s puno hlada – idealna za obitelji s djecom. Postoji i dio plaže za pse. Topla preporuka – rado bismo se vratili!
