These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) define the rules for using our website and booking accommodation at Astinian – Apartments Jadranka (hereinafter “we”, “us”, or “the Property”). By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
A reservation becomes valid once it is confirmed by us in writing (via email or online booking confirmation) and, where applicable, after receipt of an advance payment or deposit.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking if incorrect or incomplete information is provided during the reservation process.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT and applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may vary depending on the booking channel, season, or promotional offers.
Payment options:
• Credit/debit card via secure online payment system
• Bank transfer (if agreed in advance)
• Cash payment upon arrival (in certain cases)
Full payment is usually required before arrival unless otherwise specified in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation terms depend on the rate and offer selected during booking. Unless otherwise stated:
• Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival – no cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival – 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• No-shows or early departures – 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
We recommend that guests obtain travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
• Check-in: from 15:00 (3:00 PM)
• Check-out: until 10:00 (10:00 AM)
Please notify us in advance of your estimated arrival time. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
Guests are expected to treat the property, furniture, and equipment with care. Any damage or loss caused during the stay must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Pets are allowed only upon prior agreement and may be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
The accommodation is intended for registered guests only. Hosting parties or events without prior approval is not permitted.
We are not responsible for:
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Injuries or accidents occurring on the property (unless caused by negligence on our part)
• Interruptions in water, electricity, or internet supply beyond our control
Guests are encouraged to use safes or keep valuables securely with them.
All personal data provided during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We use secure payment systems and comply with data protection regulations under GDPR.
We are not liable for failure to fulfill our obligations in cases of force majeure (natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to offer alternative dates or refunds where possible.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these Terms shall be settled amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the competent court in Pula, Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
